Father in laws 70th Birthday - what to do/get?

My father in law will be celebrating his 70th birthday in November.
He is a good lad with a love and passion for cars. He has owned some quite nice machines and some curve ball cars too.

He still drives his MGF regularly and is on the hunt for an Audi A4 2.0 TFSI Quattro at the moment.

My wife has asked me to book or arrange a gift for his birthday. What do you suggest?

I did think about a Mercedes driving expereince but am not sure.....

Any (positive and serious)ideas?

I got my father a mk2 jag drive for Christmas, was 4 hours and was rather good. The car was only a 240 but it still went well and was a different experience.

Could just book him a woman of the evening?
