Brake upgrade again

Hi
Can anyone help – have a 1990 350SE.
Just gathering material for the winter’s project .
Thought I would try for vented brakes upgrade.
Bought Granada disc’s from Ebay 260mm dia / 24mm width.
Just need a spacer kit for the M16 caliper.
Having called a couple of suppliers the kits are 8mm to suite 20mm width discs.
Looks like a 12mm kit is required
Anyone else had this issue? and if so have you a supply source?
If not i have two large paper waights?
