MSN with DV camera

Anyone managed to get a miniDV camera working with MSN (acting as the webcam)? If I connect & setup MSN using 'tools > AV Tuning Wizard...' its A OK.. live colour video preview & audio levels spot on etc etc. OK all that lot .. but then choose 'tools > webcam settings...' & it cant find the camera. Grrr..
