Trying to place an ad

Should I qualify for a free motorbike ad? I had to set up a classified profile otherwise I couldn't place the ad.

Got to the last payment page and I had no option but to pay (I cancelled).

If I have to pay fair enough, but I thought if you'd been here a while it was free.

My bike sold within a couple of weeks, so thanks!
Thing is, I now can't log in to change the ad to sold and I keep getting calls and emails about the bike. Would it be possible for you to mark my one active ad as sold?

I want to place an ad, and have the same problem.

I can't log in to the classifieds, having tried using email and then tries with my user name.

I had the same problem...it turns out that your username and password did not transfer when the classifieds recently upgraded. You need to register again using your username/email and password.

I had the same problem...it turns out that your username and password did not transfer when the classifieds recently upgraded. You need to register again using your username/email and password.

Thanks for the advice Mr R. I have registered now on the classifieds, but I have a new user name. Am I eligible for a free ad being a long-term member? There is nothing in the FAQs or is the free ad a myth?

I placed mine last week and it was free.
Really impressed with PH, potentially saving a small fortune
