Storing Pumpkins?
Discussion
Maybe not the right place to ask but not sure where else.
We are having a halloween party on the 27th and were planning on buying a fair few pumpkins (40-50). Tesco have just started a 2 for £3 on large pumpkins which is great but as you can see, its a fair while off yet.
My question is, if we buy them, say, today, will they last until the 27th if we leave uncarved? Would most likely be stored in the shed so kept nice and cool.
Will they rot or still be ok in 2-3 weeks?
Cheers!

Thinking of getting 10 at a time and will keep in the shed so should stay frost free and its not damp in their either.
Would anywhere else be better? Surely in the house would be bad with warmth? Only other place would be just out on the patio.
