Publicans please... Vertical dispense

Can anyone who knows advise on vertical dispense from a cask.Which is better, a caskwidge or standard vertical ale extractor?
I know Camra will shoot me 3 times, but I intend to connect the cask to a breather to CO2. Should I just take the cask, let it settle a week, put the extractor in and connect to the valve?

We used the standard vertical extraction at our first pub, we never had time to let it settle for a week, you can as they say chase the sparkle with vertical. Is your turn over slow? I would not use gas unless I had a slow mover.

It is a pain in the arse to keep cleans compared to convential stillage taps, and you have to be real careful when tilting and moving round the cellar.
