just dont like the hydratrak, too much one wheel spin. lsd`s give much better grip, depends how tight there set though.

Talk to Topcats Racing. They have a GKN diff that'll do the job. Wasn't to pricey either and available with different final drive ratios I think.

I think the Topcats offering is a similiar price. I'd give 'em a call.

Don't know why anyone would go for the GKN when the BTR does it all so much better .. but it's a great conversion to junk the hydratrak and go for the std 4.2 type lsd , in fact I think i might have suggested something similar myself back in 1996 after i drove my first hydratrak car , utter garbage!

Lol .. how would you know unless you went back and did the same thing again with the std lsd to see if you died?

I admire your dedication to empirical validation but you might be asking a bit much here. I "know" a bullet to the head will kill me without comparing it with a blank...

aha, I have never driven a Cerbera for long enough to compare but in theory I always I always thought I would prefer the predictability of the standard LSD, but I had never really heard complaints about the hydratrak...

cheers

My diff could be up for renewal, according to the latest installment on my service it's broken??!! So if you're selling your Hydratrak than I may be interested. But I agree a normal LSD may be the way forward.
