Front speakers

Hi All,

I need some new ones - recommendations would be appreciated.

Paul,

if your changing your speekers i dont suppose you have a grill from the orignals kicking about, ive lost one and cannot find a replacement any where, i think the speakers in my sag are Alpine or panasonic ?

Hi Rob,

Yes I have still have them - they are on the car, the grills are fine the speakers are crap. Alpine ones.

Yes you can have them.

I cannot belive how many of you use the stereo, dont think i have ever turned mine on !!!

I love the sound of my car but if I was driving to the ring lets say I would want to listen to some tunes at some point.

You will get some good info on Talkaudio forums...its quite a popular subject, i got most advise from the SQ and technical section.

Depends what you want too. You may find just installing a decent enclosure / some sound deadening / proofing behind the current speakers makes a huge difference.
