recommendations for a nice hotel/spa type place anywhere within 90 minutes drive from Bristol, prefer somewhere in the Countryside or by the coast not a city break, budget around £250 for 2 nights....

thanks in advance.

I think that might be a problem.

If you had to choose between a great one night break or a poorer two-night offering, which would you choose?

You'd be lucky to get two night's B&B at a decent place for that budget. Start adding 'treatments' and other meals on top, and the cost will rapidly escalate.

Even up in north yorkshire some places will set you back nearly £500 each for a short spa break.

Near Honiton so fits your location requirement.

It is quite pricey though, you may have to adjust your budget. Room rates do vary and also you may get better rates 'off peak' - worth giving them a call.

It's really lovely here smile

Lucknam Park would be my recommendation but again it's stretching the budget a bit.

If you can flex on budget, try Moonfleet Manor just outside Weymouth

If you're still looking, have a look at Cotswolds88 - been there a couple of times, and it's a very nice, relaxing place to spend a bit of time.
