Not to be one to gloat but I am absolutely astonished that my 88 S passed its MOT on Saturday, first time and with only one advisory, a slightly frayed fuel hose!! Come on you beauty!! Who says TVR's are unreliable...

Off to buy some fuel hose now with a rather smug look on my face ;-)

Thanks for the input and help gents, I am sure it was the new Terrano indicator lenses that did the job... ;-)

Rich...

I have to second this, mine only needed that steering column U/J , ( see thread with questions posted ) ,to pass its MOT last week, advisories were a slight exhauust blow and brake fluid at minimum level, whoops missed that.
I had horrible nightmares, and had budgeted for an outrigger rebuild.
Happy Days!!

It's a good feeling isn't it Richard?

I was so chuffed when Austin passed,
I gave him a wash, wax & even a polish.
Followed by a run out to our favourite, the Cat & Fiddle.

He needs another wash now, after Oulton Park Sat & Shelsley Walsh Sun.

Life can be a bh sometimessmile
