obvious q: what would happen if someone got killed? I'd think that, as it's a closed road race, the drivers wouldn't be liable (or would they?) but I can imagine H&S dropping like a tonne of bricks and insisting on stands and barriers in future

I couldn't see any attempt to brake for them so I guess its the spectator's fault if they get killed.
