Aches and pins and needles

Anyone had this, keep getting pins and needle sensation at work tonight, only in my left side, hand, and foot mainly, aswell as a full ache, no pain, just odd feeling but won't go away, mainly in my left hand and arm, and bit down side of my body, just all feels abit odd, could do without it at work aswell. Just wondered if anyone else has had similar, ta

This is what I'll be doing tomorrow when I get up. Delivering in Basingstoke at mo, then have to drive back to Essex in the lorry to get home. Pins And needles have let up, the ache won't though
