10 years ago today i was looking for a convertible after coming into some money, i typed convertible into the ebay search engine and i came out with a MGBGT roadster and a TVR Tasmin 3.5 V8. I looked at both of them together and what was the pull for an 1800 mgb? which was what i was looking for in the first place not a great deal, Or a car i always looked at as a "Phwoor i want one of those" needless to say i bought the TVR and it was 2 grand less. The wife to be said save the money, i said no lets buy it. Since then we have met some of the nicest sincere people i have ever met, and she agree's it was money well spent

You are my best mate and keep the laughs rolling.

Me and Carol enjoy the runs out in the wedge it is great to get out and about together.

Thank you mate. And everyone else that makes owning a wedge a real pleasure.

Long live the wedge.

weepingweepingweeping I totally agree with you both. The friends that we have met through the Wedge group is just uncanny, the way that we all have the same sense of humour.

Well said Zig and you and Delilah add the soap opera to it all, Falling out and back in love nearly murdering her and all the scandal when fixing her but at the end of the day you just get back in her and drive her to ecstasy and you live happy ever after.

This is all a front for us lads, we get bitten by the famous Midge up here and there just a pair of flying teeth with wings the size of a bat so dont think for one minute we're soft.

I have to say, I've had the Wedge 6 years now, and I couldn't have bought a better car. The people I've met through it are all bloody top notch. (With the odd exception... where is comedyarse these days).

They're always up for a laugh and a bevvy, and always ready to help each other out.

They take the piss without showing mercy, but are generous to a fault.

Long live Wedges, but even more so long live wedgers.

That's very kind of you Jeff, we the Nailers all have had excellent times together from the time we first met in the Wedges, also agree with convert.
