Classfieds complaint - Used Ford Focus RS cars

Why is the seller "Focus RS Direct" allwoed to dominate this area of the website so much? Their adverts are always heading the listings, seems to me they are allowed to upload whenever they like, making sure their adverts are always first.

Even inspector Clouseau could work out that this seller deosnt have the same rules applied to them as the other sellers. They currently have 33 adverts for cars in the first three pages of the classifieds on PH.
Thing is, their adverts are always on the first pages, they never seem to 'age' like the other adverts, and the same cars get advertised over and over, without reaching the same age (and position) as other adverts.
