Called Tecrac if I remember right - no idea if they're still available, but I'd try Rally Design. I had one in a Fury kit car and never had any issues, it seemed a decent rack for the money.
Quaife do a bunch of quick racks, all you need is a donor rack to build into! Sierra, Escort, Nova, Porsche, allsorts. I've got one for my 106 Rallye and it's fantastic quality.
