Yep, on the PS3, think its great, one of those games you can keep going back to, feel its quite like a board game. Shame that there is no sign of a follow up, or at least I have not seen any. Would love a naval version and have never understood why ships feature heavily in the intro graphics.

Cool.

The follow-up was called Wargame: European Escalation but it didn't really click with me, plus I like to play on the sofa but it was PC only!

I too play on on PS3, my user name is GEE79 if you fancy teaming up for a game or two...

RUSE is so perfectly balanced, a brilliant RTS.

Would always be up for a game, PSN is same as here. One issue I have with Ruse, but I can't think of any way to over come it, is that as I usually refuse to leave games half way through it can be hard to co-ordinate starting games with people. So if you want to suggest a day and time it may be better?

No idea what I was doing that first game of Ruse, far too slow to react to their advance, my only excuse is that I hadn't played for 2-3 weeks.

As for Battlefield the only problem was that I was on the losing team! If you're in to BF3, you have probably seen, but in case you haven't, that we organise PH matches which you are welcome to join, the only requirement is that you are on the Battlelog and a member of the PH platoon (that you join on the Battlelog)as for most matches thats the only way we can invite you in. See the PS3 BF3 PH server thread. If you haven't worked it out already, BF3 is totally different when you play with people regularly as you get to learn styles and can play off them.

Anyway, this is meant to be a Ruse thread (!), we will need to have some more games soon so I can get my eye in properly! The guy I play with regularly is Deathbywookie so keep an eye out for him.

Some good games, think we are starting to find our mojo and work out each others style of play. As i am sure you've worked out I like the Russians but they take a while to get going!

I’ve used them a bit, when they first became available I remember them to be fairly unbeatable, so surprised more people don’t use them now, or did they get downgraded? Good air and land, the range on those tanks that fire rockets is devastating. The two nations I never use are the French, I think I have yet to see anyone use them well so I assume they are under powered (?), and the Americans simply because everyone uses them!

The game froze for me, not the machine so guessed something was up at your end.
