How on earth do I change the forum time?

Having moved from the UK to Australia (GMT+8) I'd like to change the time on the forum so that the posting times make sense - But I cant find out how to do it.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

I'm unaware of any time zone functionality for the forum. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Other forums (based on the V-Bulletin platform) allow you to change it easily.
