free adverts - longstanding member

Hi Chaps. I think I've been a member for long enough to qualify for free premium ads (over 4 years) but the system is trying to charge me. Can someone check for me?

It's membership prior to a date, not 'time served'.
I believe it will get moved forward periodically, though I'm sure someone from PH/Haymarket will be along shortly to confirm.

Hello PH.

I have the same issue. Got one ad which was free, but now it's trying to charge me to edit or place another.

Been a member since 2007 so surely this is an error??
