How much for V8V clutch replace?

My V8V hasn't got there yet, but in searching for a V8V for the mrs I'd like to know what dealers typically charge and specialists charge for a standard clutch replace please?


I've searched the forum and found that BR (did?) offer their replacement clutch/flywheel upgrade for £3500 + VAT, and someone told me a standard dealer V8V change was £2500+VAT?

Seems like it. The BR clutch is a twin plate jobbie like the One-77s unit... If you're keeping the car for a while it's well worth it, especially for the difference in throttle response

I believe you can get a main dealer to do it for £2,500 all in

How many miles have you done on the original?

£1,800 + VAT and thats including a new flywheel as well :-)

Mine has only done 20k miles, but ones that I'm looking at for the mrs are high twenties and over...

Mine managed 28K before starting to slip, but it used to live in London.

Im sure a main dealer in buckinghamshire do a clutch and flywheel for 1700+ vat fitted.
