What would you look for to check turbo's are okay?

I'm going to view a car tomorrow that has not one but two turbo's. I've never had a turbo car before and any advice you good people could give me as to how to check (if possible) the health of the turbo's would be appreciated!

I know they do go eventually and guess they are they single biggest potential cost on it.

Evidence of oil changes & quality oil!

Smoke, blue, i would be more concerned about smoke on boost or at idle than at start up though, depending on how much there is.

The overall condition of other componants is a good indicator, what car op?

Does it go like stink at the right revs (good), does it whine like a bd when you turn it off (bad).

Simplistic, but simple.

Ive always run turbo cars with fully synthetic oil. If the seller does the same another good sign to look for.
