I'd love to go to Vmax again this time, but need to go as a passenger with someone who is driving. I've been to the last two and that were absolutely superb

I can get there myself ok, just need someone with a spare seat

I thought there were no spectators at the last one so I missed out big time.

If anyone is willing to let me passenger and thus view this magnificent automotive pornography once more, I would be most grateful!! (feel free to email me through my profile) Willing to drive up to the gates or wherever nearby that I can leave my car.

Cant there be some sort of spectator bus?? BruntersTaxi?? Anyone got an M5?

Thanks in advance,
Ben CA

I am willing to give a few passenger rides, but my car will hardly be the main attraction! see here
www.g33.co.uk for an explanation...

Are you driving to the event alone, i.e. have a spare seat?

yes I think so, probably will be travelling from nottingham if you are angling for what seems obvious, the answer is yes - providing you don't live too far away!

Excellent, I can make my own way there, no problems. As no spectators are allowed I can only "get in" as a passenger in a car driving.

Hopefully I'll be driving myself next time in a VX220.

I'll be travelling up from the south (Surrey) and will potentially ahve a spare seat or two in the 3200 - so if you can get to me (or I can pick up en route) then no problem. OF course there is a possiblity that I'll have something different by then with only two seats which would scupper things somewhat, but given my track record on changing cars I wouldn't bet on it

If I come in the SL I will have space for one, or if I come in the CSL I will have space for 3... I'm coming from Newbury. If craig lets bikes in, I will still be bringing a car and getting my mate to transport the bike.

Seeing as you were first BCA it's yours.
Can't really offer more seats at this point. Problem is is that the Maserati is up for sale and I don't know whats replacing it yet. (Though if I get my way it could well be this....)

Rich just seen this on ferrarichat thought it might interest you.

Rob,

I was speaking with a well respected specialist the other day, who went to Talacrest last week to inspect the Ex-Chris Rea motor they've got, and in his words, "It's an absolute dog, bid him £20k to take it off his hands, but needs at least £5-6k spending on it just to make it safe!!! - probably another £10k to make it respectable and £20k+ to have a good car, He turned me down, which I expected and came home happy" His advice is not to bother !
