Anyone fancy sharing a storage/workshop unit near MK?

Need something to store my BMW Compact in over the winter and work on and build it for the 2013 season.. Cant find anything I can afford on my own but i cant be alone in this so i have found this:

So its 800sq ft my Compact is 80sq ft ish.. and i ideally would like room to store stuff with it and work on it so i reckon sharing with 4 other people would probably be about right i guess which would make it £100pcm each.

Anyone interested?

I know someone who is looking for somewhere to store his series 1 RS I will drop him a line and see if he would be interested, also, I know of that unit it is a decent spot if a little far out of the way but if I can help in anyway let me know

Great stuff thanks for that. Basically I think we need 3 cars to make it affordable..

As far as i know its a workshop unit, not sure if the lift is still there but it is advertised as a workshop and you hire it for the purpose you need. I will be storing and building my race car over the winter in there if i can get anough people onboard, electric is included and last time i checked it had lighting.

Owner has been away and is back this week, wil hopefully be going down to view it in the next few days...

If it is the unit I think it is then it was previously used as a body shop for a company called Ackerly body shop, think the ramp may have been aken with them when they went, it is a fairly remote location but secure too as it sits well back off any roads, if I could afford it I would chip in for somewhere to build a trackday car over the winter but I am broke

I have just found out exactly where it is and its a little too far out for me as well!

It did include rates though in the price.
