Cylinder head rework - Surrey area

Can anyone recommend a good machine shop in Surrey.

I need a cylinder head cleaning and the mating surface skimmed. Also need some broken bolts drilling out if an inlet and exhaust manifold.

Anywhere within a 20 mile trip from Weybridge would be ideal.

I can recommend Roe Engineering in Fleet who are fairly nearby, myself and numerous friends have used them for everything from flywheel lightening to full cylinder head skims and rebuilds. Pretty reasonable too (this was a couple of years ago though!)

Glad to hear it. I found they were very welcoming, even when parting with cash for (apparently) the most expensive valve guide job they had ever quoted for!

Just picked it up today, they did a great job of resurfacing. Also pressure tested and cleaned the head.

Just need to decide whether to clean up the valves or just leave them as is.
