Hello all,

A friend of mine over from Holland is looking for a good indy in central(ish) London to do a full 997 service.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

I found Charles Ivey in Putney to be very good.

True, but OP said "central(ish)", and Portiacraft are only 20 mins straight up the A41/A1 from central... admit I'm clutching at straws though..

Cheers chaps. I've suggested the first option of Bob in Vauxhall to my chum.

He's a Porsche dealer in NL, think he's over picking up a car and needs a quick turnaround before it goes back with him. If first option isn't a go I'll point him in the direction of the other two.

Ta.

Portiacraft all the way , I usually drop my cars off and jump on the Thameslink 100 yards from their door 15 minutes straight into St Pancras train every ten minutes.

No nasty surprises when you pick your car up the only do what needs doing.

I used to use Andy @ Porsche Tech in Finchley Road, no nonsense service, 1 man band who knows his stuff, he's done little jobs for me for free before etc, very trustworthy & good value.

There is another one in Belsize Park called PorscheWorx, tried it once & I wouldn't ever use again

+1 for Andy @ Porschetech. Has worked on my cars for years. Knows everything there is to know about Porsches. Totally straight and a top bloke!

Portiacraft is a max 30/40 mins drive out of central London, quicker on a good day. Decent guys aswell IMO.
