Hi guys,

I would've preferred more time to get to know the car first but tomorrow I've got a 125 mile trip to drop the tamora off at the paint shop.

Obviously I'll check oil, water and tyre pressures. New to TVRs, is there anything else I should do, or take with me me?

If I'm going on a longish trip i always have can of tyre weld and a compressor , no good if you shred a tyre but worth the precaution .
I keep a pozidrive screwdriver in the glove box for emergency boot entry as well .

Cheers guys. It's not really a long trip obviously, but it's the first trip I'll be taking in the car where I can't walk home and am out of range of an easy rescue from the missus. Ordinarily I wouldn't worry but the car has been sat unused for around 10 months.

Tyre weld is a good shout.
