Carden Shaft and Cayenne's Extended Warranty

Can anyone advise please. My OPC said the bearing on my Cayenne's carden prop shaft was gone and that this was not covered under the extended warranty. When I read the warranty myself it seems it is, but am I wrong ?

hi dave, dont know about the warranty mate but we supply/ supply and fit a oe bearing on the shaft that not many people seem to supply. a lot cheaper than a new shaft off porsche. hope you are a well mate.

How is a major drivetrain component not covered? Doesn't seem to make any sense - what reason did they cover for it not being covered?

Thanks guys, they gave no reason so I posted here in an attempt to be able to have ammunition to fire at them ! Reading the fine print myself it says covered - transmission, except packing , I assume they mean boots.

This ended up with Porsche eventually allowing my claim.
