Flux again, help/advice required.

I've just been informed by Flux that my current underwriters won't continue my policy from E46 M3 to 997t.

They will discontinue my policy and only refund whole months (expires 11th Dec) and re insure via another underwriter, cost: £1k minus a £90 refund.

Is now the time to jump ship and go elsewhere, and if so where?

Same thing happened to my girlfriend when she was using them, going from a 4x4 to a hatch.

Not always the easiest to deal IMHO.

Sounds like they're at the mercy of the underwriter (who doesn't do Porsches). At least they've offered you an alternative and there's no harm in having a shop around. I have to shop around each year for the boxster to get the best deal (which is a PITA)....seems to be the way of the insurance world these days. On the other hand when it comes to classic insurance for the 964, I just renew each year with Classicline with no hassles.
