Dickie has driven some incredible machines in his time, lucky, lucky boy.

Always interesting to hear the thoughts of 'normal folk' who have experienced an F1 car.
He can pedal as well which adds so much weight to his humble comments towards those who can properly drive these things. And that includes your Karthikeyans and Wolffs etc.

Absolutely - very tiresome hearing some 'experts' on F1 (half of whom I suspect have never even seen live an F1 car driven in anger )loftily pronouncing what a rubbish driver Petrov or De La Rosa is..The reality is that if Vettel is 100 then even the back markers are 98.

Pah. I could beat De La Rosa with his hands tied behind his back.

Yes completely agree - most elite sportsmen/women are just on a different planet when it comes to their ability.
