And that Ventoux stage is pretty awesome too, though similar to a couple of the flat, flat, flat, MOUNTAIN stages in this year's Vuelta.
Wiggo won't win it - he'll focus on the Giro. Froome... not quite the finished article still I don't think. Contador will be favourite, but I wonder whether a sneaky tenner on Tommy V might not be an idea? It's a parcours for someone who doesn't use a power meter and simply murders himself up hills...

TV will lose out of the TTs though. I'm going with Albert too.I would imagine Sky will give Froome GC role on the Giro and Vuelta and let Wiggo defend le tour. Given there are 2 ITTs and a TTT in le tour, thats plenty enough opportunity to put some time on a rival for the mountains. And who are those rivals? Contador, Andy Schleck (who cant TT for love nor money) and?!.......

They'll look at the course, see who they think will give them the best chance of yellow, and do that.
Wiggo will always be the "first".
Got my accommodation booked on the Alpe itself - staying there for 2 weeks. Can't wait. As regards the race, if Bertie can stay clean between now and then, and J-Rod comes in in great form, it's going to be a brilliant Tour for attacking racing. Thankfully the organisers have done the race justice by giving it a route worthy of its prestige, unlike this year's snooze fest. From the English speakers riders point of view, don't think Wiggins will win next year (too hilly). Sky will have to give Froome more freedom if he's on anything like the form he was this year.
If I was Wiggins I'd rather win one Tour and one Giro than two Tours de France.
Whilst the Giro may be less prestigeous to non cyclists, Wiggins is so passionate about the history and culture of the sport I think the historical and cultural significance of a British win would make it more appealing in many ways.
