Ok so I am fairly clueless about photo processing in photoshop, I only have elements 6 and rarely do anything more than adjusting contrast and sharpness. I like my photos to look as true to life as possible so I'm not keen on cloning objects out or adding anything that wasnt there to begin with. What I would like to be able to do however is to enhance what I have taken to create more striking looking images. I've attached one of my photos which in its current form is ok but it a bit flat and not terribly interesting. Is there much I can do spice it up, barring adding girls in wheelchairs, cans of Red Bull or Lewis Hamilton! Feel free to tweak it as you please as I'd be interested to see what everyone comes up with!

Thanks!!

Here you go.

Couldn't be of much help as the photo seems to have faded a bit......

There is a dirty grat smear through the middle of it which isnt helping.
I also find adjusting low res pictures more difficult as they pixelate easily.

I resisted adding flames to the cars.

Bit of levels adjustment, sraightening and cropping.
