The minimum number of qualified cars for a 16 car ladder is 19. - Deleted (Hurrah! I hear some shout)

The Organiser will pay competitor minimum travel and running cost compensation within seven (7) days from the date on which the event is held. - And rightly so!

The AutoStart system shall be in use at FIA Championship events. But with potential override by starter

and finally an interesting one...
"Drivers are required to have as a minimum requirement, protective clothing labeled as meeting the standards as specified in the Class Requirements.
Protective clothing includes suit, head sock, female sports bra, gloves, and boots or shoes. Suit can be one piece, or separate jacket pants. Jacket and pants must each be labeled as meeting applicable SFI Spec. - I wonder how many male competitors need one of these?yikes

"existing circuits incorporating dragstrips will be required to
demonstrate to the FIA circuit inspector that all surfaces have
been cleaned of excessive rubber deposits before a circuit
licence can be granted and this will be a continuing condition
of validity of the licence for circuit races"

And no new rules implemented to stop a repeat of Hockenheim. So it looks like going forward the lessons learned from this years problems will have to be sufficient to stop a repeat.
