WTF is going PH?!?!?!

I'm a dealer that has used Piston Heads for my advertising for the last 8 years with no problems...
The last 12 months have been a little how you say, RUBBISH!!!

My contract ended a couple of weeks ago but rather than my PH rep calling me up to to sell me another 12 months they switched me off without telling me. Thanks Very Much PH

OK OK I should have been more on the ball but that is what I pay you for is it not?

Now I have been trying to get through to someone for the last week with no luck, (Obviously the entire PH sales office is on holiday)
I have sent emails and left messages with no reply and now I'm starting to get a little (&£$*^$^$)
I finally get through to someone yesterday and they tell me its all sorted and my Rep will call me right away........... still waiting PH

Please employ some more people to cope with your increased popularity and can you ask someone to call me please, I only want to give you money.

You said it yourself, you should have been on the ball? Maybe if you enjoyed the website to the full, including the forums then maybe you will see that they work hard and make a decent place to get advice, buy a car, have a chat and some banter with people, not just for one person? No offence but instead of throwing your toys out of the pram if you don't like how you've been treated you could always find somewhere else to sell your cars? I guarantee with the experience I've had with pistonheads if they can help they will!

Why is it that every time you say something on this site you get people having a dig?

I am one of hundreds of advertisers who make PH possible with my monthly bills for advertising and all I'm asking for is a little customer service.

And as i'm very sure you guys are totally aware of the problems with VDealer this year,
from your comments you must be trade advertisers too?

I love PH and take great pleasure in reading the articles, perusing the forums and going to the meetings, all i'm trying to do is highlight a problem they are currently having.

By the way i'm still waiting for a reply to the 3 emails and 4 messages I have left for the sales team since last night, can you honestly say that is good???

Yes absolutely if they don't do there job properly, I suppose the person who exposed the expenses scandal was a spoiled brat too???

What the fk are you even talking about now? You're comparing yourself, complaining about people not jumping to attention for you fast enough, with someone outing MPs ripping off the taxpayer to the tune of millions of Pounds?

PH are on the phone at last! but I will say it wasn't because of the messages or emails it was as a direct result of this thread...

Next time what I'll do is sit back and keep my mouth shut, that way I'm sure it'll get sorted even quicker and not upset all you good people..

In the OP's defence my contract with PH expired and nobody bothered telling me.

Apparently the rep who set up the account renewal was a little bit lax in his paperwork. That's why he's no longer there.

Whilst the OP could have been a little more patient, no business is going to grow very quickly if it allows customer contracts to just run out without any sort of attempt at retention! Poor way to run a business IMO.
