Had this in work today.
Came in with gear selection issues which we quickly diagnosed as a selector cable failure so got on to Nissan to order some new ones & this is where it all went a bit wrong!!!! Turns out its not a real cabstar & is actually made by a chinease company called yuejin & on closer inspection you could tell it had been made very cheaply & I certainly wouldn't fancy being in an accident in it!!!

Doesn't appear to be registered with DVLA as a Nissan. What does the V5 say? ETA, not showing as insured either. Is anything about it kosher?
No idea what the v5 states, it was driven to us so not to clever if its not insured 
it's not looking good & is making me wonder if its sat somewhere else for a long period with no parts available so now its been dumped on us 
I dealt with the company that was going to import the super cheap Chinese built Yuejin based on the Cabstar, back in 2008. Lots of bold plans and projections, planned dealer network etc.
They wanted us to provide a glass replacement arrangement for the dealer network. The whole thing died a death before it even got off the ground.,
Perhaps a few were brought into the country and then rebadged to clear the stock when the whole thing failed.
