Cant edit my classified ads!!!!

As per the title really.

I have both my cars advertised and can't edit either. I get a message that says "this action is not permitted" ?

I can edit mine ok but when I do it goes back to the top of the listing, I'm not complaining though

I'm having the same issue with our trade ads, managed to change the images but can't change anything else e.g. price, mileage, description.

I've tried to email the given address twice now with no reply, and tried to call the number listed which doesn't appear to work. Quite frustrating when you've just paid to renew an advert.

I can now edit but when I get to the submit ad page the message is back!

Please fix the classifieds guys, I really need to sell this car!

I'm getting the same problem when I click edit ad, but I've just clicked 'preview', then gone back to the 'write ad' page & it allowed me to change the price.

The old system was much easier to use.

Managed to edit and re-list yesterday but both ads now still showing the old details and are not live?

I had 4 emails saying my advert was live....



Is there a way to access the old classifieds layout?

I can't add a photo or get into the right classification.

Tried emailing but no response.

It's very frustrating that progress towards the finished and working new site appears to be spasmodic with each "fix" seeming to cause further errors.

I really need to edit my advert as well (for contact times), perhaps it's not possible until it's been 'moderated' by someone ?
