Annoying POP Ups started can anyone help?

Can anyone help me in the last couple of weeks I have been constantly getting annoying pop ups for online casino gaming etc. everytime I sign onto pistonheads!
Can any of you computer literate people help me to stop them??

Download Ad-Aware, Spybot Search and Destroy, and Spywar Blaster.

I've been using STOPzilla and have been very impressed, it keeps a blacklist of every popup piece of spy/adware etc

Use mozilla firefox to browse. Built in pop up blocker and an excellent browser to boot

The Casino888 ads come from spyware installed by the Gator network and are nothing to do with internet browsing.
