Molly and I went to see the film last night courtesy of Broughtons. Private screening in Cheltenham don't you know! Copious amounts of Bollinger on arrival, Molly did her best to keep up but failed. The film is truly excellent not at all like any of the previous ones, I heartily recommend it. Whilst watching the action Banana Rob kept me well stocked up with both red and white wine! Thanks Rob my turn next. Apart from accidentally knocking a glass onto the floor the evening passed without incident.

Erm, actually I have to confess that on this (rare) occasion I wasn't much better behaved than him and the evening passed as a pleasant blur (neither of us were driving)! Besides, we wouldn't want to spoil it for anyone looking forward to seeing it for themselves.What I can say is that it's a very British film, less glamour more grit ... and if there was a Bentley I didn't see it ... and yes, there is still an Aston taking a starring role, albeit an old one!
A superb evening from start to finish, great fun with rob and Amanda (happy to ply you with wine, love the fact that you perceive a wine glass as a shot glass), taking out Vickys glass mid film was very funny!
The film itself for me is the best bond film so far, seriously gritty, dark and for me, bond as he should be. Quantum of solace was a blip, Bond is back!

Karen and I are hoping to see the film this week. I take on board comments vis-a-vis Daniel Craig's acting shortcomings and I can just picture JohnG1 pulling his hair out 
As an aside, do you feel that the release of a Bond Movie gives the AM marque a higher profile and a much-needed boost ??
I ask this because I've been driving round the foothills of Mount Snowdon this morning and - ok the Snowdon Marathon is on today, but - I've been receiving a lot more waves and pointing !!!
As I drove up to the security gates earlier, a young girl actually dropped a tray of drinks all over the floor too
