MTX75 5speed advice

Im after abit of advice and you Noble folk seem the best people to ask ;-)

I've got a Ginetta G32, its midengined and Ford based. In the process of me going Zetec I've come across a problem with the ib5 not ligning up properly so am considering using the MTX75. I know yours are duratec engines and more powerful but other then that I'm hoping the fitting will be similar.

So am I right in thinking your cars use cable shift for the linkage? with any special non ford items?
What gearshift are you using? and does it require much space in the centre tunnel?

Hi.... shifter is slightly modified Ford, the cables and associated brackets are bespoke and don't take up
too much room in the tunnel..
I would think you could adapt to suit your needs..

I wouldn't recommend it as-is for a Noble as the ratios aren't right and it tops out around 130mph in 5th. You could potentially get a longer final drive ratio and have that fitted to the box though... When I checked with quaife it was around £400.
