Military Airfield Holland - Pixelated on Google

While idly browsing Google maps just now I noticed that De Peel Airfield in Holland is pixelated.

Does anyone know why this is? Most other 'sensitive' areas around the world are viewable.

Although if you zoom in it is a lower resolution than the surrounding areas.

It seems that it is used by the Dutch Army as a guided missile training base and is rarel;y used as an airfield - apart from some gliding.
