Now that's a bit closer to us (15mins up the road)!

Mrs Gadge is having her hair done that morning but I could pop along. The roof works so much better without her wink

Mike I think Stewart and me will be going. Stewart will go straight there, what is your plan, do you want to meet up and travel together.
Cheers Al.

Hi Al, rather a lot of "variables" at the moment, do you mind if we meet there? Not sure how big this thing is going to be but I'll pm my mobile to you (think Stewart has it anyway) in case it's huge and can't find each other.

What sort of time you two thinking of getting there?

Hi Mike not too sure on timing, as Sheri may want to go now, so we will have to go up to the horses first. So I would guess around 9 to 9.30. Will text you my number.
Cheers Al.

Slight change of plan so will be there 8.30 to 9.00. If its pisting down, probably won't go so fingers crossed for half decent weather.

Good to catch up with you Mike, Gary and also meet a few new people. Shame the weather was not better and that Fair Weather Just Al could not be arsed to brave the rain. My, no, your, no, Our S3 is not used to such treatment and should be driven in all weather conditions (apart from salty roads). biggrin
Cheers, Stew.

Got that a bit wrong !

Rain or at least drizzle all morning, sun's out now I'm back home irked

S's out numbered any other TVR's there (two of us) nothing else there particularly interesting, except maybe a tasty looking Aston and something called a McLaren???

Bog off. You would have lambasted me if i'd come, with it messed up banghead . It was lashing it down here and the roads were in a right state. Our S is now settled under it's new soft lined cover.

I'll keep out of the argy-bargy about non-attendees but was nice to see Mike & Stew there.

Probably not the turn out that Evo were hoping for but at least the S's out numbered all the also ran exotica.

Mike - I thought McLaren made push chairs wink

Edit - just spotted that there were 2 Griffs there on the East Mids TVRCC page so we only equalled other models.

Nice pic of me escaping though

and one of Stew's rear biggrin

I came so close to attending this one, it was only the forecast & several beers on Fri evening that stopped me. Today I went walking in the Pennines instead.
I know it's sad, but I did enjoy it. But my thoughts were with you all. Especially when we saw the rain falling 15 miles away. smile
