Senior .NET Developer

Hi,

I'm currently recruiting for upto 3 x Senior .NET Developers (Permanent Roles) for my IT development team based in Portsmouth at an Automotive Company. I'm the IT Director i.e. not an agency. The agencies I've engaged with are really struggling to find candidates hence I thought I'd post here.

I'm looking for the following skills:
ASP.NET 3.5, C#, Visual Studio 2008, SQL 2008, HTML, XML, JavaScript

I'm also looking for people who are proactive, think of the "bigger picture", have can do attitude and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
