Sorry not sure of the gender being bought for here ? If a woman perhaps a new makeup mirror to plug into the accessory socket and a nice AM logo in the top right hand corner, together with some body coloured bumper corners for those awkward parking moments? 
( see news today lol)If a man for the discerning DB9 driver then a new pipe is the obvious answer, with matching car holder, available from AM works for a mere 400 guineas plus VAT.
On a serious note you could suggest they use the amazon universal wish list if anything suitable is available as an online purchase? The Sara Maynard stuff?

Over budget by quite a bit once you've added VAT to that though.

where the wood products are not cheap but very nice. They may well be negotiable - they were when they had a stand at the last but one NP Bonhams sale - it would need to be on somethign they have in stock though I imagine
You could also consider some top notch driving gloves, with your budget, say from the likes of Hermes.
As other have said though, the Aston luggage is great, Sarah Maynard stuff is a good suggestion too and the fuel voucher suggestion is unfortunately not probably appropriate for an Xmas pressie as it would otherwise be perfect !
Depending on whether you wish to use all your budget, I just bought a handpresso in car set for about 190E http://www.handpresso.com/produit-1-23-handpresso_... - it's an in car espresso maker and it's brilliant, especially for touring. Another possibility if there is not one already present, is having an Aston umbrella fitted in the boot with the leather straps ? That's about £200......

they could do a lot worse - thank god it's not like Ferrari where they just stick a badge on anything. That would just devalue the brand imo. I don't see a right lot wrong with the current stuff to be honest. I'd like to see more models of the cars available though. George H said:

What about a briefcase or messenger bag to match the luggage ? Wool/cashmere hat or top to keep in the storage comapartment of roadsters ?

I'm not talking the Ferrari route, I mean decent kit that Aston owners would use, subtly branded - as owners, we are an incredibly loyal following who by and large love the brand and would spend the money if the offerings were there. There is simply insufficient variety of a half reasonable quality, of course IMHO
They either don't care or think the revenues would be too small to be worth bothering with but for such a well known brand, it's pitiful. Plus the site always has the (same) small clearance section and art with no prices.
If you go to something like Classic Silverstone or NP Bonhams sale, there is an incredibly limited range normally put out on show and what there is mostly looks like clearance & scraps but it still seems to sell very well - they could do so much better
