5 seat(belt) convertible?

Thinking about a summer toy to supplement the diesel bus once the RS4 sells.
Dilemma is that I have 3 children and it might be nice (diplomatic) if all the family could fit in occasionally.
What convertibles have 3 rear seatbelts? (Children all smallish at the moment)
Mk1 golf gti only has 2
S4 only has 2

Max 5k budget.
Or should I just settle for less seats and use the diesel bus for family outings?
