Onkyo HTS 3505 Best All in one for £350?

The OH is getting me a new surround sound for Christmas to replace an old Sony System I am currently running. I want a one box sollution containing a 5.1 system, an AMP & Sub woofer. I would like to connect the following devices via the Amp and into my LG LCD.

• HDMI Xbox 360
• HDMI PS3
• HDMI Sky HD.

The room is approx 16 foot x 16 foot.

I found the above on Richer Sounds @ £350, can anyone reccomend me anything better for the money? I must add £350 is the absolute Maximum and I would actually prefer less than £300 if possible.

I've recommended this a fair few times on here; I've got one and it's perfect for what I need. Cheaper, but I actually think it sounds more natural than the Onkyo.

3 HDMI in/1 out, 2x optical in, active sub, 3D passthrough. Not ground shaking sound with the standard speakers, but for this price you can't complain. I've upgraded all my speakers and have no real need to upgrade the amp!
