Exchange Memory Usage

Scenario: SBS 2003 i/c Exchange 2003
2.4Gb Xeon i/c 1Gb physical Memory..
26 exchange users..

What sort of memory usage would you expect from store.exe?

We're currently experiencing over 300Mb...

Should we be looking at reducing the amount of memory being used? If so, what's the best route forward for doing that?

The server is storing mailboxes and not being used as a mail gateway...

Wont Exchange grab everything its allowed to?

It will release the memory when it doesnt need it though.
