Trying to do a long story short and simple.....................

My Goal is to get into a dealership in the role of Mechanic / Technician' dont want to sound to picky but would prefer the brands.

Audi (VAG)
BMW
Honda
Land Rover
Mazda
Mercedes
Nissan
Toyota

But obviously if it meant for it to be other i wouldnt be picky' The Goal is once the foot is through the door and gained the Dealership experiance would love to go and work at a dealership abroad' Emigrate basically.

My Experiance is about 7 years in this sector but only been a qualified Mechanic / Technician (Level 3 NVRQ) for over a year' and for the 7 years and currently' im working with the likes of light vehicles to heavies, Even things like trailors, tractors, Fair ground rides for showmen down to there dodgem cars and all the rest. But my main question is has anyone got any advice on whats the best way to get there foot in the door of a dealership.

Thanks Paul

Check all the main dealers website's and see if they have any vacancies?

Or ring them and ask? you could also hand in a cv with FAO dealer manager or service manager on the envelope.
