I need a new horn.

I've got an X reg Civic Aerodeck Vti, its a great motor, but the horn is a joke.

I presume i can just head to a scrappy, steal one, and fit it to my car.

What do you guys think is a good, loud, horn fitted to cars likely to be at a scrappy.

(thats if im right in my original thought that they are an easy swap)

Yep, I fitted a diesel loco klaxon to my 90 V8. So loud people wandering across the road with their ipod on full nearly st themselves.

As tempting as it is, i dont fancy fitting a compressor and air horns. (it was my first idea, but i dont wish to deafen my newborns hearing)

Ill be looking at old jags and german barges then.

Fit two tone horns from one large car/van and a third from another. Remembering not to mount them too rigidly -they need to resonate.

The resulting cacophony will be noticeable to most other drivers.
