clicking knee

hi, I started running about 3 yrs ago, but really getting into it this year, done my first half marathon. Since I started training for this my knee has started to click when I turn or when Im on my cycling machine? any ideas whats up?

I used to get a clicking elbow when doing pressups etc. Took cod liver oil tablets and it stopped clicking

There is no research to prove cod liver oil, glucosamine etc does anything for joints.

As long as you're not in pain it doesn't matter if your knee clicks, it's only cartilage.
