Last week i went to visit a friend and parked outside on a hill
left the dogs in the wifes car. After 10 mins the dogs started barking as a dog walked past the dogs managed to get the handbrake off and the car rolled down the hill backwards into the back of a landrover discovery!
The landrover was barely damaged but the is some cracled lenses and bent bumper. The wifes car has a damaged tailgate.
Do i just get the insurance to pay out? i was not in the car when the accident happened lol

In fact they were quite likely Terrierfied.
Similar thing happened to me in company car last winter. Parked on thin snow, 10 mins later unoccupied car slid down slope into a landrover, Jaguar damage £3k, Landrover £10 ,BUT on renewing Noble insurance it is classified as a "fault" claim on the basis that if insurance can't find anybody else to claim from it's your fault so Noble renewal went up significantly to the point where I changed insurers.
