Appreciating modern classic £5k
Discussion
Interesting bit in this month's Classic & Sports Car magazine entitled "Time to bag that bargain Benz?" about Mercedes SL R129 may be going the same way as R107's - "At the moment they fall into that category of being old examples of a modern car that is now obsolete, but too new to yet qualify as full-blown classics in their own right.”
I've always fancied a R129 but it got me thinking what else is currently an appreciating modern classic. Got to keep it below £5k in these straightened times.
