Decent mechanic/garage near WGC/Knebworth?/
Discussion
Hi All,
I have a 98 Ssangyong Musso.
Can anyone recommend a decent 4x4 specialist or general good mechanic? I don’t want someone who specialises in high-end cars so I have to pay those prices, just some old boy with a garage. I am near WGC so somewhere near would be great.
I have used a garage in WGC last week, but the customer service and general work was lacking and one of the things they supposedly fixed on my car has re-occurred and I don’t want to have to go back to them.
Thanks in advance.

MRH in Hertford - speak to Gary - I have used him on the jeep.
They are 4x4 Landy specialists so should cope with your musso.
Alternatively aren't those Musso's based on a merc - if so Simon Light in Ware are merc indies but I havent used them.
Finally Dave Thomas garages at Codicote and now Bramfield have been reccomended in the past.
Let us know how you get on eh?

Great thanks for the tips, I will look up those names and get some info. The engine is a Merc (and the gearbox I think). They are 4x4 Landy specialists so should cope with your musso.
